The Arts

• militia and venatoria (warfare and hunting, Military education, "martial arts")
• mercatura (trade)
• coquinaria (cooking)
• metallaria (blacksmithing, metallurgy)
In his "Didascalicon," Hugh of St Victor (12th century) includes navigation, medicine and theatrical arts instead of commerce, agriculture and cooking.
